The Central Oregon Elevate lacrosse program provides lacrosse opportunities for girls throughout the Central Oregon region.

We offer youth programs, skills training, club teams, and other opportunities for girls to build memories, play hard, and improve their game throughout Central Oregon.

Training

Details

  • Age Groups:

    • 12U: 3rd-5th grade

    • 14U: 6th-8th grade

  • Program Format:

    • No scheduled games

    • Competitive training environment with live play

  • Training Focus:

    • Fundamental stick skills

    • Competitive reps

    • Increased emphasis on lacrosse IQ (decision-making, situational awareness)

  • Cost: $300 per player

Dates/Time/Location

  • Duration:

    • April 6th - May 20th

  • Anticipated Schedule: Mon & Wed

    • Schedule is not guaranteed and subject to change

  • Session Length: 1.5 hours per session

  • Location: TBD

    • Final days and times will be confirmed once field availability is finalized with Bend Parks & Recreation
